The room is for the exclusive use of the person renting it; couples and pets are not allowed. We are looking for a responsible person who respects the basic rules of coexistence: parties and alcohol consumption are not allowed. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Llefià metro station and with very good bus connections. There are supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a hospital just 50 meters away, making the area very convenient for everyday life.
