La stanza è spaziosa, luminosa e completamente arredata. La casa è composta da bagno, cucina e due camere. Il costo dell’affitto è di 450€ al mese, incluso Wi-Fi e spese condominiali (acqua e riscaldamento). Le bollette di luce e gas sono da pagare a parte ogni due mesi a consumo, e solitamente non superano i 100€ a testa. AFFITTO preferibilmente a ragazze. SI STUDENTI SENZA REFERENZE Valuto sia affitti di lungo periodo, sia brevi soggiorni con un minimo di 1 mese. La zona è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici ( a 3 minuti fermata M1 ROSSA SESTO RONDÓ) e comoda per negozi (IL GIGANTE, INS) e altri servizi.
