DESCRIZIONE: Il condominio elegante e tranquillo è dotato di un servizio di portineria. La stanza si trova al primo piano e si presenta spaziosa e ben illuminata, con un’ampia finestra che affaccia al lato di una strada. La camera è divisa in due spazi ad altezze diverse: nella parte inferiore vi è un salotto privato che include un divano comodamente mutabile in un posto letto doppio, nella parte superiore troverete un soppalco con un letto matrimoniale a due posti. Non vi è un isolamento acustico tra le due parti e nella parte superiore difficilmente si riesce a stare in piedi. Il soppalco è alto 160 cm, ma lo troverete intimo e confortevole. Nella parte inferiore troverete dei mobili da poter utilizzare ed un tavolo con rispettive sedie. Il soggiorno e la cucina sono un unico ambiente, abbastanza pratico, piccolo, ma confortevole. Troverete un piano cottura con tutto l’occorrente per preparare il cibo, un frigorifero capiente, una lavatrice utilizzabile, forno elettrico e forno a microonde. Il bagno non presenta finestre. Ha dei sanitari in buono stato, bidet e una doccia. Sarà in condivisione con un altro coinquilino/a. L’abitazione è sempre stata trattata in modo amorevole, ha ospitato diverse persone e c’è una bella energia. Pur essendo piccola al suo interno troverete morbidezza e serenità. La casa è colorata, allegra e accogliente, e presenta tutto l’indispensabile per viverci quotidianamente. Tuttavia avendo molte scale, è sconsigliata per chi ha particolari problemi nel muoversi. The elegant and quite resident is included of reception service. The room is on the first floor and it is really wide and bright, with a big window, faced on the street. The room is divided in 2 spaces in different highes. The bottom part is a private living room with a comfortable sofa, mutable in a bed whilst the upperside, there is a king bed size for 2 persons. There is no acoustic treatment between these 2 spaces and it is quite hard to stand on feet on the upper one. The upperside is 160 cm huge but you will find comfortable and cozy. On the bottom one there are some cupboards and tables with proper chairs. The living room and the kitchen are in one room, easy, small and comfortable. It is currently not accessible. You will find a lobby with all kitchen tools, a big fridge, a laundry, an electric oven and a microwave The toilet is windowless, arranged with all equipment in good condition, bidet and shower. Will be shared with another flatmate. The building is always been treated lovely, has been lived by different people and there is a nice energy. Even though is small but you are going to find smoothness and serenity. The house is colourful, happy and welcoming and had everything for daily living. However, with those plenty stairs mentioned above , the house is suggested for whom is easy to move inside without issues.
