This is a perfect place for someone who values tranquility and solitude. However, if you are looking for a place to host parties and invite friends over, this is probably not the right option. I am not the kind of landlord who will nag you with social interactions, as I am a rather taciturn person with my own life, and I see no reason to try to befriend my tenants. I value good professional relationships. I marked the "living with family members" option because my mother usually stays in the other available room for two to three months during the autumn. Apart from that, it is normally just me in the flat. However, since there may be occasions when she chooses to extend her stay, I thought it would be fair to mark this option.
