The flat is surrounded by beautiful parks, cafes, restaurants, and shops, and isn't far from the city center, and is very well-connected via Metrobus. The apartment has a total of three bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a living room with a relaxing, cozy atmosphere, and a kitchen. The exposed bedroom let you get an idea of what you can expect from this apartment: a cosy, and friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is modern and well prepared for your culinary adventures. The flat is surrounded by supermarkets: Carrefour, Mercado, Ahorra Más, etc. NOTES: Once a week, the rooms are cleaned, and the bedding is changed, washed, and ironed. The tenants can not use the washing machine. The only requirement for the tenant is to be responsible and to avoid causing a disturbance in my home; furthermore—and this is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN for everyone, myself included—bringing guests (male or female) into the house is not allowed.
