Hello, My apartment contract ends on July 31 but I have to leave Milan on June 30 (or even sooner), so I am looking to sub rent it to someone who would like to find a room in Milan for July (or sooner if needed). The apartment is located in Viale Giovanni da Cermenate, in a very nice and secure area, close to Navigli and a 40 min walk to Duomo/ 30 min by tram. The room has 2 beds, 2 closets, 2 desks, and a balcony, which has a nice view of the park in front. The apartment has a very nice, modern, and spacious kitchen, a bathroom, and a laundry room. It will be shared with two roommates (who are so silent you’ll feel as if you were alone; seriously haha)(a Chinese girl & a Chilean boy).
