Affitto una grande camera singola, per studente/studentessa a partire da Giugno in zona Murri (via lodovico lazzaro zamenhof) 16 minuti a piedi da porta santo stefano, zona ben collegata vicina alla coop, pam e in's. Ci sono cinque camere (tutte songole) e due bagni e una cucina abitabile. per ora, le camere sono occupate da una coinquilina e tre coinquilini (tutti simpatici e studenti tra 19 e 28 hanni🤘🏻😬). altre tre camere vengono liberate a Giugno quindi c'è possibilità di affittarle ad un gruppo. In camera ci sono un letto matrimoniale, una scrivania grande e ovviamente gli armadi. Per quanto riguarda l'affitto viene 365€ tutto incluso (310€ l'affitto + 5€ il condominio + 50€ le utenze). La garanzia non si richiede. There are five bedrooms (all with single beds) and two bathrooms and an eat-in kitchen. for now, the rooms are occupied by a roommate and three roommates (all nice and students aged between 19 and 28). From June (as same as me) other rooms are empty too, it means totally there are 4 empty rooms. In the room there is a double bed, a large desk and of course the wardrobes. As for the rent it is 365 € all inclusive (310 € the rent + 5 € the condominium + 50 € the utilities). The guarantee is not required. For further information I am available.
